Plan Victorian Dolls' House

Made from replenishable rubber tree wood and veneered MDF board, this strong three storey-house has two main floors plus an attic in the pitched roof. Each floor has outward opening access doors and the roof hinges up. There are dormer windows to the attic and the main windows have sliding bottom sashes. There is a porch, with support pillars, over the front door. Inside there are stairs to each floor. Lower picture shows house with basement; Basemant available as a seperate item, House comes flat packed with easy adult assembley. Size: Scale one-twelfth; W31.5 x L63 x H73 cm. CE: 3+yrs.
