Deluxe Middlebrook Farm

Made from solid rubber tree wood and veneered or painted MDF board, this is a really good sized play Farm Set. The open back design allows easy access to the farm buildings for a number of children, plus unlimited variation of farm layout. The Farm yard scenes are colour printed on the outside to give a sense of rural charm to these simple but sturdy buildings. Easy to assemble and easy to pack away for storage by relocating the floor panel, as buildings fit inside each other. Age: CE 3+ yrs.

This set consists of :

* Middlebrook Farm House: with moveable stairs up to first floor, open doorway, with bedroom, kitchen and dining table sets, and comes with 3 fences. Size: L 340 x D 18.5 x H 390 mm (approx 13¼ x 7½ x 15 ins).

*Middlebrook Barn with stall, ladder and open doorway. Walls include: 1 short wall, 2 middle walls, + 2 long walls (approx. 1800 mm of low walls) plus opening gate, and fence. Barn Size: D420 x W280 x H 330 mm (approx. 16.5 x 11 x 14 ins).

* Stable + Pig sty and Pond: Stable comes with stable door, loft, plus 2 sacks and 2 hay bales. Size: D150 x W220 x H 265 mm (approx. 6 x 8.5 x 10.5 ins). Pig sty (approx. D230 X W200 X H 90 MM ) has trough and pond. (Animals, additional accessories + figures and vehicles sold separately).
