Payment & Security

All prices are quoted in English Pounds Sterling. There are three payment options, depending on how the order is originated:-

Payment By Debit/Credit Card

We accept all main Credit and Debit cards, except Diners Club and American Express. Your payment is processed by us using Barclaycard Merchant Services.

For your reassurance, the on-line secure shopping by credit/debit card is located on a 128-byte secure server, fully encrypted for 100% reliable and secure service.

Simply enter your card details using the secure order form as part of the online ordering process, which appears as you build your order within the shopping pages.

Please note that whatever method you choose, your full address details as written on your card statement (including full postcode) must be provided.

Payments are not debited from the card until we are ready to dispatch your order. We find this allows for the best quality of service as any queries or changes to the order can be resolved before the correct payment is debited.

We do not retain your card details after the transaction has been completed and under no circumstance are these details passed to any third party.

Payment By Cheque or Postal Order

If you have a preference, we invite you to print out and complete an order form from our website. Click here if you wish to order by mail.

Simply send the completed form, together with a cheque or postal order made payable to "Cottage Toys" to us at Cottage Toys, Fairfield House, Boulge Road, Hasketon, Suffolk, IP13 6JU. The cheque/postal order should be for the full amount, including delivery.

We will e-mail or post acknowledgement of receipt of your order.

Please allow 3 working days after receipt for the cheque to be cleared before dispatch of your order.

Credit Accounts

If you are a business such as a nursery school and expect to make regular orders you can open a credit account with us.
