Cottage Toys & Toy-Choice is a family run business located in the heart of the English countryside. Cottage Toys was originally a craft business making adult collectors dolls' houses. However, in 2000 we began a successful internet and mail order business, selling a wider range of traditional and wooden toys and children's furniture. Our new improved website, hosted by www.toy-choice.co.uk, was launched in September 2005.
Our selection of toys and furniture are competitively priced, and designed to encourage imaginative play, and to be enjoyed. We are confident all the products are well made and meet all current safety regulations. Manufacturers continuously modify and improve the quality and safety of their toys to comply with changes in legislation. We reserve the right to update/change the specification of our toys to comply with these changes.
We aim to ensure that our website displays our products realistically, giving sizes, whether adult assembly is necessary, and the CE recommended age; all colours are as close to the product as possible.
All products are sourced from reputable manufacturers who comply with modern environmental and ethical guidelines. Where practical we use recycled packaging materials. In the case of our wooden toys, the wood is supplied from environmentally managed and replenishable woodlands; the coatings and materials used for all our toys are certified non-toxic and child-friendly.

We offer a personal and world-wide service. Every order is handled with great care and during office hours we are here at the end of the phone to answer queries and to accept orders. For your reassurance: Order and payment details are sent through an encrypted 100% secure server. Credit card details are not retained after the transaction has been completed. Names and addresses are not made available to third parties.

Customer Care
Customer care is important to us. If you are disappointed with any product, please let us know. So long the item is returned in its original packaging, in an unused and re-saleable condition within 14 days (UK) we will refund the full cost of the item (excluding delivery charges).
Goods damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and inform us promptly. Toys that are faulty, we will replace the component where possible or replace the toy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
